Please note the distance selling regulation does not apply to flowers and plants due to their perishable nature, but does apply to other gifts we sell.
Due to the perishable nature of all flower orders any returns or refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
If your bouquet has arrived in a poor state we will of course send out a replacement bouquet. We require a photo to clarify the condition of the flowers within 24 hours.
If you are not 100% happy with your bouquet buying experience with us please get in touch and let us know, we really do appreciate feedback and are always striving to better our service. You can call or get in touch via email and we will be very happy to assist you. If a problem with your order was directly our fault we will of course strive to make you a happy customer again.
To gain an accurate representation of a bouquet it is preferred that a photograph is taken within 24 hours of receipt. If flowers are disposed of without photographic evidence any remedy will be discretionary.
Home of Flowers are not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept an item. We will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept an item.
If we cannot make contact with the recipient or the customer, through no fault of our own or the customer does not contact us, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if we have tried all possible methods to fulfill the order and regrettably a refund/replacement cannot be given.
Refunds, partial refunds or an exchange will be given if the product is proved to be faulty or damaged and will be at the Home of Flowers discretion and their decision will be final.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
